Shaping Your World

Since the beginning of time women have been shaping the world.  You have been shaping your world. Your world consists of your family, your kids, your parents, your co-workers, the people you go to church with and the people you interact with during the day. Every single day you are shaping your world, and together we are shaping the whole world.  

Your choices matter, your choices equal influence. Every day we shape the world with sin or the Savior.

Take a moment to let the weight of that statement sink in. 

It’s alarming to think we have been making decisions without giving a fleeting thought as to whether we are bringing sin or the Savior into our world. We have to take ownership of our choices, decisions, and actions if we want to change them.  If we want to change our world, if we want to bring the Savior into our world.

Who does your world consist of? Your world consists of your spouse, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.  Your world consists of everyone you interact with.  Every interaction is shaping your relationship, it shapes their perception of you and who God is in you, it tells a story of what is important to you and who is important to you.  

What do you want people to think after an interaction with you?  Do you want them to see Jesus, do you want them to feel seen, heard and loved? Bringing Jesus into your world can only happen when you invite Jesus into your life.

Today let the world see Jesus in you.  Let’s shape the world with the love of Jesus.
